It’s your party, so it’s totally up to you what’s on the menu. Fill it with flavours your guests will love. You can have up to four flavours, and you can choose them from our extensive menu (we offer ice creams such as Strawberry & Nutella, Mango & Passion Fruit, and Ferrero Rocher & Kinder Bueno).

Each Pan-n-Ice event we deliver can be made into a unique creation with fully bespoke options on the menu. Just let us know what ingredients you’d like to include and what you’d like your ice creams to be called on the menu.​

We can make delicious ice cream rolls from pretty much anything – we once made some beautiful ice cream rolls with popping candy and berries for Jo Malone (Glitter Berry) and created a bespoke lemon meringue pie ice cream roll for Penhaligon’s (Cousin Flora). Just tell us your ideas and our chefs will work their magic!

Remember that we can easily make up some vegan options for your party too, using our special coconut base. One of our vegan bestsellers is Blueberry, Matcha and Strawberry – it’s seriously good and healthy too!

Rolled ice cream is our exciting new way of making ice cream from scratch in under two minutes. Pan-n-Ice pioneered the ice cream roll craze in the UK . We now have over 300,000 Instagram followers because people love watching our incredible ice cream chefs doing their thing. Furthermore, after our success in retail destinations such as Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Westfield, everybody now wants our handcrafted ice cream rolls at their next event.

We make our ice cream rolls using our signature -30° pans, which instantaneously freeze anything that is poured or placed onto them. All ice creams are made from scratch using only the finest ingredients. Due to the flexibility of our offering, we really can tailor the menu to your specific desires.

Our party setup is quick, easy and discreet. Once you show us where you’d like us to serve from, we’ll sort everything so that you can get back to the party. And, when your guests have finished enjoying their ice cream rolls, we’ll clean up after ourselves and head off, leaving everyone happily licking their lips.

When we’re providing ice cream catering for parties, all we need is enough space for our ice cream cart (or carts, depending on how many you’ve hired) and access to plug sockets. For one cart, we need 1x1m of space. Each cart has room for two ice cream pans, and we need one plug socket per ice cream pan. So, if you want us to use both ice cream pans on the cart, we’ll need you to set us up near two plug sockets.
